Roles And Responsibilities :
Review the Mechanical M-BOM requirements and co-ordinate with mechanical designers and vendors to collect reports and inspect the mechanical parts.
Complete the inspection activities and qualify M-BOM parts in coordination with engineering teams.
Collect, verify and validate the build reports and parameters from various vendors and upload in PLM. Ensure completion of the FAI/PSR of each M-BOM parts on time.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to collect the build / qualification test feedback and prepare lessons learnt report.
Track and monitor quality complaints, release SCAR for effective implementation of corrective actions.
